About Us

Mustahik is an initiative that recently started in wake of the global COVID-19 pandemic and its effects in Pakistan. As a result of the eminent lockdown, millions of daily wage workers are feared unemployed resulting in them unable to provide food for their families.

In order to alleviate the situation, dozens of NGOs and non-profits are raising funds locally and internationally, so that they can provide rations and financial support to the affected households. However, finding the truly Mustahiq (deserving) families has been a challenge across the board. Our platform hopes to build a central database of families who are in need of immediate support. The data gathered will be subsequently shared with organizations who are keen to provide support to these households.
